You know, this works pretty well for me. Instead of blogging initiated by my immense reserves of self-discipline and good intentions, someone I know wanders over and prods me to do some damn updates for a change. This question and answer format suits me a lot better. :-)

I've finished up on the bug tracking system -- until something breaks, of course -- and have recently started doing maintenance on the I/O code of Sidhe's game engine.

The other teams in the company are hard at work on the Jackass game (www.jackassthegame.com) and Melbourne Cup Challenge.

Naturally things are not as laid-back as they are in business IT. The boss is looking a bit restless due to the length of time I've spent getting my head around the wee corner of engine code I'm working on.

That said, Sidhe has a pretty good social scene with friday night guitar hero sessions, parties, an indoor netball team (!?), board game meets and such.
